Loot Rules/Guide
Craftable Materials:
Craftable material drops will be GREED rolled by raid members. Currently, the only craftable material drops are [Runed Orb]. You can also hand these over to the RL if you're not interested.
Bind-on-Equip Uncommon
& Rare Drops:
Currently every raider in the group is to roll
Greed on any/all greens/blues that drop in-instance. Randoming out blues/greens is the raids way of
off-setting some of your weekly expenses.
Bind-On-Equip
Epic Drops:
If a BoE Epic is an upgrade to your current gear, then you
can roll need on it. This will
count as your "one per week" epic as described below. Any epics that
are not needed by any raiders will be banked for future sale/use by SRA.
Bind-On-Pickup
Epic Drops: 10-man loot will be distributed on a Class>Need>Greed basis. There will
be a 1 "on-spec" epic per raid-week/instance-timer (Thurs/Mon). If an
item drops and no on-spec raiders need it, an off-spec can roll on it, without
using their 1-epic for the week/timer. We will
NOT shard good epics.
Sample Situation:
[Idol of the Avian Heart] drops & the only druid is Feral. the
Feral druid may take the item without using his 1-epic slot.
Later on, [Bracers of Maliciousness] drops. The druid is still
eligible to roll, since the previous drop (the idol) was not on-spec. However,
this item WOULD count as his 1 weekly
Epic.
Off-Spec Examples:
Balance Druid taking healing leather
Protection Warrior taking DPS gear
Shadow Priest taking Healing gear
Holy Paladin taking Healing mail/cloth armor
Restoration Druid taking Healing cloth
armor
Tier Armor Tokens:
The Tier Armor Tokens such as [Gloves of the Fallen Defender] do
NOT count as your "one epic per week" item. However, you
can only win 1 Tier Armor Token per week (unless nobody in the classes specified
needs it). You are also limited to 1 Tier-4 Armor Token per slot, until the
rest of the shared classes already have that token.
