We have found the need to redefine the roles of the LC to better suit the group. The following roles are now how we'll try and manage the members of this group:
- Raid Leader(s) - Rhonwynn/xMoe/Spikespeigle/Merlinia
- Master Looter - Merlinia
- Melee DPS Leads - Spikespeigle
(Spikespeigle - Rogue/DPS Warrior)
- Ranged DPS Lead - Open
(Mage/Warlock/Shadow Priest/Elemental Shaman/Balance Druid/Hunters)
- Tanking Lead - xMoe
(Prot Warrior/Prot Paladin/Feral Druid/Death Knights)
- Healing Coordinator - Open
(Holy Priest/Holy Paladin/Resto Druid/Resto Shaman)
(Backup Buff Coordinator)
- Buff Coordinator - Rendaron
(Paladin/Priest/Druid/Shaman)
(Backup Healing Coordinator)
This is a rough outline of priorities, please feel free to address any concerns you may have with ANY member of the LC. No one member of the LC has any more say/power than anyone else. We are ALL considered equal. If you're interested in becoming a member of the LC, or leading raids, please feel free to contact a member of the LC.
